Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric care team in a skilled nursing facility. Ideal candidate has a license in the state and a passion for helping residents improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications
