Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing facility. The role supports mobility, pain relief, and wellness for residents, under the supervision of a PT.

Candidates must hold a valid state PTA license and be able to evaluate and treat independently. SNF experience is preferred but not required; passion for elder care is essential.
