Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Brentwood, TN, is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to support geriatric residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on mobility, pain relief, and functional recovery under licensed supervision.

You will assist the PT, evaluate and treat independently, and contribute to residents' well-being through activities that enhance mobility and daily living performance.

Qualificações

• License required to practice as PTA in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.
• Experience or interest in geriatric population and skilling nursing care.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

Job Description:

Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility, relieve pain, prevent or limit permanent physical disability and promote overall fitness and wellness in a skilled nursing facility.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
