Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant to join a dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will be licensed in the state, passionate about geriatric care, and able to evaluate and treat residents independently with a focus on functional activities.

The role supports the PT team to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a state license to practice physical therapy.
• Passion for geriatric population and ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PT with therapies designed to improve mobility and reduce pain in residents of a skilled nursing facility.
• Support fitness and wellness activities to enhance residents’ daily living and comfort.

Physical Therapy Assistant

Looking for a full time talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
