Job summary

Premise Health Inc. in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse with LMR certification to provide care for client employees and their dependents at our on-site Health Center.

Hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role blends clinical duties with administrative tasks, including phlebotomy, limited radiology, and support for providers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program (AS or equivalent)
• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support certification (AHA/ARC)
• Minimum three years of clinical LPN/LVN experience in ambulatory, occupational health, or ED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision and within scope of practice
• Perform medication administration, wound care, specimen collection per orders
• Maintain medical equipment and infection control standards
• Maintain patient health records; support radiology needs and administrative tasks

As a Full Time License Practical Nurse - LMR Certified, you'll provide care toclient employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Knoxville, TN.
The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

• LPN + LMR Certification Required
• Use your LMR certification while supporting onsite radiology needs
• Strong phlebotomy/lab draw responsibilities
• Perform limited x-rays as ordered
• Serve as the site's Radiology Representative
• Mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Support providers with LPN-scope tasks

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
