Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LMR Certified) to care for client employees and dependents at our Health Center in Knoxville, TN. The role combines clinical and administrative duties with radiology support and phlebotomy responsibilities.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM. Candidates must have LPN/LMR certifications, strong infection control practice, and be able to perform limited x-rays and specimen collection as ordered.

As a Full Time License Practical Nurse - LMR Certified, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Knoxville, TN.

The scheduled hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

• LPN + LMR Certification Required
• Use your LMR certification while supporting onsite radiology needs
• Strong phlebotomy/lab draw responsibilities
• Perform limited x-rays as ordered
• Serve as the site's Radiology Representative
• Mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities
• Support providers with LPN-scope tasks

What You’ll Do

• Provides direct patient care and collaboration under the supervision of healthcare providers, and within scope of practice
• Performs and documents medical tasks to include medication administration wound care, observes reactions to treatments, and specimen collection such as urine, blood, and sputum based on provider orders
• Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
• Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Graduate of National League for Nursing accredited program, Associate's degree (A.S.) and/or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• Currently Licensed as a Practical or Vocational Nurse in state of practice required
• Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required
• At least three years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
