Job summary

Community Care Physicians’ Albany Family Medicine is hiring a Full Time LPN to join the team. This 40-hour week runs 8:00am - 4:30pm. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, with a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package in a business casual environment.

We welcome diverse applicants. Valid NYS LPN license and prior clinic or MA/PCT experience are preferred. EMR proficiency and strong confidentiality are required.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or as MA/PCT.
• Strong computer skills with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information in patient records accurately.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits as required by office/provider.
• Obtain specimens (urine, blood, etc.) as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders into the lab system accurately.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients as instructed.

Our Albany Family Medicine is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• This position is eligible for up to a $3,500 recruitment and retention bonus!!

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
