Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full Time LPN for Albany Family Medicine. The position involves a 40-hour work week with hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with EMR experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately and timely.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patients for visits as required by the office.
• Obtain specimens per provider direction.
• Enter orders into the lab system accurately.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (e.g., PFT, EKG, nebulizer, immunizations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider instructions.

Our Albany Family Medicine is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

This is a 40 hour week. The hours are: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
