Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full Time LPN for Albany Family Medicine in Albany, NY. The position is a 40-hour week with hours 8:00am - 4:30pm. Eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus up to $3,500. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $33.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant/Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient records accurately and timely.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens from patients as directed by the provider.
• Enter orders into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (e.g. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, vaccinations).
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Our Albany Family Medicine is looking for a Full Time LPN to join their team!

Responsibilities

• Administer and record vaccines.
• Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.
• Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
• Maintain timely patient flow.
• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
• Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
• Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.
• Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)
• Process patient prescriptions.
• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
