Job summary

Community Care Physicians is seeking a Full Time LPN for their Family Medicine office in New York. The role involves vaccine administration, patient documentation, and maintaining workflow across a busy clinic.

Responsibilities include patient prep, specimen collection, lab order entry, and performing clinic procedures under provider supervision. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or prior experience as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Strong computer skills with experience using EMR.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and protocols.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures related to infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
