Job summary

Albany Family Medicine, part of Community Care Physicians, is seeking a Full Time LPN to join their team in Albany, NY. This is a 40-hour week with hours from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

The successful candidate will administer vaccines, document patient conversations, manage patient flow, prepare patients for visits, obtain specimens, perform clinic procedures (PFT, EKG, nebulizer, immunizations), and process prescriptions. Valid NY LPN license required; EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS LPN license.
• Previous LPN experience in a medical practice or as a Medical Assistant or Patient Care Tech.
• Knowledge of medical chart reporting/records.
• Knowledge of infection control, environmental safety, and patient confidentiality.
• Skill in appropriate assessment and assistance techniques.

• Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.

• Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.

Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
