Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families, and referring agencies across diverse age groups.

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/vocational nursing.
