Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Vincennes, IN is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to administer skilled nursing care at patients’ homes under RN supervision. The role involves coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families, and referring agencies.

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical/n vocational nursing.
• Current state license as an LPN.
• Current State’s Driver’s License.
• Two years’ experience as an LPN, home health preferred.
