Job summary

Angels Care Home Health in Ohio is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to administer skilled nursing care in clients' homes under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patients and families.

The ideal candidate holds an LPN license, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and at least two years of LPN home health experience. CPR and Hepatitis profile are required, and a background check will be completed.
