Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in Naples, FL.

The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care per orders, and delivering skilled nursing services in patients' homes. Ideal candidates are licensed LPN/LVN in Florida with current TB/X-ray, BLS, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; flexible schedule and competitive salary offered.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
