Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. in Florida is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, delivering skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring changes in patients’ condition. The role emphasizes compassionate, client-centered support in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
