Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health LPN to provide compassionate in-home nursing care in Lakeland, Florida. You will chart observations, administer prescribed medications, dress wounds, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and therapists to optimize the care plan.

The role requires an active LPN license, strong nursing skills, and a patient-centered approach. Flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement are offered for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Proven experience as an LPN, preferably in home health.
• Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and procedures and willingness to follow them.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, compassionate and well organized.
