Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is expanding and seeks a dedicated Home Health LPN to join our compassionate team. The role involves visiting patients, charting their conditions, administering medications, wound care, and collaborating with physicians and therapists to deliver high-quality home health services.

We value flexibility and support staff with strong communication, organization, and patient-focused care. A Level 2 background screening per Florida AHCA is required prior to employment.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license and in good standing.
• Experience as a licensed practical nurse, preferably in home health.
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and willingness to follow them.
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and compassionate.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills.
