Job summary

Palms-Home-Care in Florida is expanding and seeks a dedicated Home Health LPN to provide patient-centered care in the home setting. You will chart observations, administer medications, dress wounds, educate patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and therapists.

Candidates must hold a valid LPN license, have home health experience preferred, and demonstrate compassion, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Experience as a licensed practical nurse, preferably in home health.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and health and safety guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
