Job summary

Palms-Home-Care is seeking a dedicated Home Health LPN to support patients in their homes across Florida. You will assess patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and therapists to ensure optimal outcomes.

We value compassion, reliability, and strong communication. A Level 2 background screening per Florida AHCA is required prior to employment, with flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement included.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing.
• Experience as licensed practical nurse, preferably in home health.
• Knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines; sanitation and decontamination.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
