• Proven ability to win work or clear plan to do so in this market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a book of clients for materials testing, special inspection, and geotechnical services.
• Scope, price, and write proposals; negotiate terms; convert opportunities into signed work.
• Serve as engineer of record; review data, seal reports; direct technicians and coordinate with the lab.
• Represent the company at owner meetings, pre-construction meetings, and industry events.
