Job summary

Rally Networks is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to own the cradle-to-grave OSP design for rural fiber deployments, from GIS mapping through construction to federal closeout. This hands-on role ensures safety, efficiency, and long-term reliability of the network.

You will ensure RUS compliance across blueprints, forecasts, and field practices while leading grant-backed projects. A hybrid work model is offered from Seneca, MO or Nyssa, OR with field site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing.
• Hands-on Outside Plant (OSP) engineering experience.
• Familiarity with RUS specifications and federal grant compliance.
• Experience with GIS platforms and CAD software.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setting from Seneca, MO or Nyssa, OR.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OSP design from GIS mapping to construction.
• Ensure RUS compliance across blueprints and material forecasts.
• Manage projects, schedules, budgets, and field milestones.
• Provide engineering stamps and QA for deployments.
• Collaborate with field teams and leadership to coordinate builds.
