Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who explains technical terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle many responsibilities.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terms and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on needs and lifestyle.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
