Warby Parker is seeking a licensed dispensing optician to join our in-house optical team. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and ensure products meet our standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

Help customers meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
Adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
Contribute to sales and customer service best practices across the organization.
