Job summary

Luxottica LensCrafters seeks a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service, manage optical and lab processes, and support store success. You will assist customers with selections, provide expert lens knowledge, and may serve as a key holder.

Required are a state Opticianry license, HS diploma/GED, and strong optical/retail experience. Edging/mounting and digital measurement skills are essential. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Ability to perform accurate digital measurements.

Responsibilities

• Provide unsurpassed customer service and assist in store success.
• Assist customers with selections and recommendations; support sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab (if applicable): custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ongoing maintenance of lab tools and systems.
