Warby Parker is hiring licensed opticians to join our in-house optical team in Dallas. You will assist customers, take measurements, fit eyewear, and verify quality to meet high optical standards.

You’ll explain prescriptions and frame options, collaborate with teammates, and help customers choose frames and lenses optimized for prescription and lifestyle. We value clear communication, attention to detail, and a passion for eyewear.

Formación

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Clear and effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Committed to helping customers find the best eyewear for prescription and lifestyle.

Responsabilidades

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices for sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
