LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Optician to join our team in Las Vegas. You will welcome customers, custom-fit glasses, and precisely place prescriptions in lenses, while upholding the brand’s high service standards.

You will take measurements, adjust eyewear, and apply optical knowledge to support complex needs. Strong math, fashion awareness, and tech-savvy selling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• State Licensure as an Optician.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener & team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use a tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology & change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers, set expectations with customers.
• Custom fit glasses & precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Lead in optical acumen.
• Take & record measurements, adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail.
• Assist team with complex product needs & prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure & customer volume.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and exceed expectations.
