Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• State Licensure for Opticianry required.
• Experience dispensing eyewear and fitting frames preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication and team-building skills.
• Familiarity with current eyewear merchandise and fashion trends.
• Basic math skills and comfortable with POS and calculators.
• Proficient with iPad/tablet and retail tech tools.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and changes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions accurately.
• Lead with optical knowledge and customer service excellence.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear precisely.
