LensCrafters, a leader in optical care, seeks a Licensed Optician to deliver premium customer service and perfectly crafted eyewear. You will fit frames, record measurements, and ensure prescriptions are accurately placed while maintaining brand standards.

In this full-time role, you will leverage technology, assist customers, and contribute to exceptional in-store experiences with style and precision.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure in Optics.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with store merchandise and fashion trends.
• Basic math skills and numerical comfort.
• Experience with selling and using an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS systems and calculators.
• Willingness to adapt to new technology and change.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Lead in optical knowledge and service delivery.
• Take and record measurements; adjust eyewear accurately.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology confidently under time pressure and maintain product knowledge.
• Strive to meet Brand KPIs and store goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance and safety.
