AEG Vision is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver expert eyewear solutions and exceptional patient care. You will assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit their prescription and lifestyle, ensure proper fit, and dispense accurately with a focus on quality and satisfaction.

Role involves communicating with technicians, documenting prescriptions in the EHR, and guiding patients through insurance and warranty details while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualificações

• State licensure required or pending where applicable.
• ABO/NCLE preferred but not required.
• Optical dispensing experience is expected.
• HIPAA knowledge or experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients in selecting eyewear and accessories that fit prescription and lifestyle.
• Ensure proper frame fit, measurements, and lens dispensing.
• Explain products, warranties, and insurance coverage to patients.
• Enter prescriptions into EHR/ALE and maintain documentation.
• Communicate with technicians and managers about order status and issues.
• Perform eyewear adjustments and repairs for patient comfort and acuity.
