As a licensed dispensing optician, you will take precise measurements, fit eyewear, verify finished pieces meet our standards, and explain prescription terminology. Join a collaborative group committed to exceptional service and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold ABO-certified or state license per state requirements.
• Experience as dispensing optician in retail eyewear.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with precision in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style.
• Represent brand and educate others about Warby Parker values.
