Job summary

Warby Parker in Maple Grove, MN is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team, helping customers see with confidence. You’ll become an expert on our glasses, assist with measurements and fittings, and ensure brand standards are met.

You’ll explain prescription terminology, advise on frames and lenses, and collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service. A licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states) and a passion for eyewear are required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet all of their eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers
• Collaborate with your team to ensure exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle
• Collaborate with team to establish best practices for sales and service
• Represent the brand to educate others and promote Warby Parker's values
