Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensed states or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Clear, effective communicator who can explain technical terms to customers.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and provide expert fitting.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service and share best practices.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, and style.
• Represent Warby Parker brand and educate customers about our values.
