Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team in Saint Paul, MN. You’ll help customers see better by taking measurements, fitting eyewear, and ensuring our eyewear meets optical standards with accuracy and care.

You are a licensed dispensing optician (ABO-certified where required) with a passion for eyewear, clear communication, and a team-first attitude. We offer robust training, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical terms clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service for all customers.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
