Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking an Optical Sales Associate to assist customers with frame and lens selection and to dispense optical products per prescriptions.

You will use the SERVE sales process to identify needs and ensure accurate pricing, while maintaining HIPAA privacy and standard retail procedures. You will interpret prescriptions, coordinate with lab and optometrist teams, and provide outstanding customer service in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Must hold and maintain applicable state licensure for ophthalmic dispensing.
• Ability to explain optical products and interpret prescriptions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
