Job summary

Warby Parker in New Haven, CT is seeking a licensed dispensing optician to join our in-house optical team. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, explain prescription terminology, and ensure eyewear meets our optical standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician required in states that license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• ABO certification or state license where applicable.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
