Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in frame and lens selection.
• Ensure social distancing and hygiene practices.
• Provide product information on frames, lenses, and services.
• Explain insurance benefits and any charges not covered.
• Use SERVE process to identify needs and lens recommendations.
• Interpret prescriptions and communicate with lab/optometrist.
• Sell, fit and dispense frames and accessories with measurements.
• Maintain a clean dispensing area.
• Ensure accuracy of customer pricing.
• Maintain license requirements per state guidelines.
• Guide apprentices when applicable.
• Comply with privacy policies (HIPAA).
• Participate in training and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Accept additional responsibilities as business needs change.
