Job summary

Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks licensed dispensing opticians to deliver exceptional customer service. You will help customers choose frames, take measurements, and ensure accurate fittings with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensing states or ABO-certified in non‑licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industries.
• Clear, effective communicator who can break down technical terms for customers.
• Extremely detail‑oriented with ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service and best practices.
