Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear/retail industries.
• Clear, effective, professional communicator who can explain terms to customers.
• Dedicated to going above-and-beyond to make customers and teammates happy.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Help customers meet eyewear needs and take/record measurements.
• Adjust and fit eyewear with high accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist customers in choosing frames/lenses based on prescription, face fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
