Warby Parker is opening a new Briarwood Mall store and seeks a licensed optician to join our in-house optical team. You will guide customers through eyewear choices, take precise measurements, and ensure each pair meets our standards.

You’ll explain prescriptions clearly and collaborate with teammates to maintain exceptional service levels. Ideal candidates are licensed opticians, passionate about eyewear, and eager to grow with a fast-paced, customer-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• Licensed optician in licensing states; ABO certification for non-licensing states.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to explain eyewear options clearly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to help meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Share best practices for sales and service across the team.
• Represent the brand and educate customers about Warby Parker’s values.
