Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or ABO-certified in non-licensing states.
• Passionate about eyewear and retail industry.
• Clear, effective communicator who explains technical terms to customers.
• Dedicated to going above-and-beyond to delight customers and teammates.
• Detail-oriented and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Open-minded and continuously learning in a fast-paced environment.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to meet eyewear needs and provide exceptional service.
• Take measurements, fit eyewear, and record details with accuracy.
• Verify finished eyewear meets optical standards and requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to implement best practices across sales and service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and lifestyle.
