Qualifications

• State Licensure required or preferred.
• Experience in optical dispensing.
• HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide eyewear solutions and patient care.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Enter prescription info into EHR/ALE and attach documents.
• Explain insurance, warranties, and coverage options.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure accuracy of fittings.
