Warby Parker is hiring skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team in Cambridge, MA. You will help customers see better by taking measurements, fitting eyewear, and explaining prescriptions with clarity and care.

You’ll partner with a collaborative team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service and the best possible eyewear solutions, while upholding our brand standards and optical quality.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed dispensing optician in licensing states.
• ABO certification required where licensing state allows or requires.
• Strong customer service and clear communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with flawless accuracy.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings clearly.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses based on prescription, face fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Help develop best practices for sales and service across the organization.
• Represent Warby Parker and promote its values and mission.
