Warby Parker is seeking skilled Opticians to join our in-house optical team and help customers see better with confidence. You will become an expert on our glasses, assist with measurements, and ensure every pair meets our high standards.

You will explain prescription terminology, guide customers in frame and lens choices, and collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician or ABO-certified (state license where required).
• Strong customer-service orientation with ability to explain terminology clearly.
• Detail-oriented, accurate measurements and fittings, and precise spectacle adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to determine eyewear needs and fit.
• Take measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terms and product options to customers.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service.
