• A licensed dispensing optician in states that require a license or an ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet all eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames/lenses based on prescription, fit, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service across the organization.
• Represent the brand and educate others about Warby Parker's values.
