Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician in licensed states (or ABO-certified in non-licensing states).
• Passionate about eyewear and retail.
• Clear, professional communicator who explains terms clearly.
• Dedicated to going above and beyond for customers and teammates.
• Energetic, positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to juggle responsibilities.
• Open-minded and eager to learn.
• Not on LEIE.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear with accuracy
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle
• Contribute to best practices for sales and service
• Represent the Warby Parker brand and educate others about our mission
