Responsibilities

• Drives, monitors, and achieves profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Optimizes and oversees the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
• Mentors and supervises Opticians and CL Sales associates; supports General Manager with staffing needs.
• Leads and coaches associates toward sales and customer service goals.
