National Vision is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations in Florida. You will drive sales, manage the eyeglass department, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Maintain Optical license as required by the state.
• Optical sales experience; Supervising experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and build associate relationships.
• Strong understanding of store operations and standards for success.
• Strong communication skills for effective management of teams.
• Strong organizational skills for planning and progress monitoring.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and KPIs.
• Demonstrated problem-solving across varied scopes.

Responsibilities

• Drives profit, sales and performance goals according to National Vision standards.
• Oversees eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Ensures outstanding customer service and applies brand standards.
• Monitors quality, merchandising, pricing promotions and initiatives.
• Supervises Opticians and CL Sales associates; supports day-to-day tasks.
• Assists GM with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention.
• Leads and coaches teams toward sales and customer service goals.
• Mentors Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.
