As a key part of Visionworks, you will coach associates, coordinate doctor appointments, and help deliver exceptional eyewear services. This full-time role requires a state optician license and a passion for customer care.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience is required.
• 1–5 years of supervisory experience is required.
• State Opticians License is required to perform the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store’s profitability by meeting sales targets.
• Supervise the store in the absence of the General Manager.
• Coaching and development of associates for excellent patient experiences.
