Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a Licensed Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager to lead the store in the absence of the General Manager. This role models the Visionworks approach and supervises the store to ensure a simple, human and bold patient journey.

The OSUP will support the GM in achieving store financial goals, coach associates, and drive profitability while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.
• State Opticians License required or maintained.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Model the Visionworks experience and supervise the exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate and confirm doctor appointments and eyewear services for patients.
